Group fitness: the best way to strengthen relationships

It’s finally time to meet the hardworking women behind the Spring Conference! This week, all of the conference directors got together for some team bonding. We laughed, broke a sweat, and of course talked about how excited we are for the launch party and conference!

Over the weekend, the directors bonded during a group fitness workout at [solidcore]. The 5o minute workout works almost every muscle in your body but don’t worry because the instructor is by your side the entire time, encouraging you to push harder and complimenting you on your form.

Here’s what our directors had to say about their experience at [solidcore]:

“Making memories and bonding outside of our typical Spring Conference work, gives us the ability to be a stronger team in order to host  on this incredible event” -Charlotte Lewis, Logistics Director

“I loved the positive environment at [solidcore]! We were greeted when we walked in, and the instructor made sure to know everyone’s name before we began the class. I love a personal experience.” -Kendall Carter, SC Marketing Director

“"It was really incredible to share something I love so much with a team of people that I care about so much!" -Amal Moosa, Co-Chair

“Nothing bonds a team better than sweating it out! I’m a total corepower/runner gal, but everyone should try solidcore at least once! I will definitely be back!” -Maggie Sexton, Co-Networking Director

“Though I tend to gravitate towards gentler workouts like yoga, barre, and mat Pilates, it was so fun to challenge myself with my team and power through an intense workout together!” -Gabrielle Synder, Co-Networking Director

"Trying out a new workout class is always a little daunting, but it was so comforting to push through the class as a team, and bond over our soreness the next day!" -Madalynn Williams, Co-Chair

The SC Director bonding event was unforgettable! Thank you [solidcore] for such an amazing time. Be sure to follow them on Instagram @solidcore.

Cheers,

Kendall Carter
